SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing SOLDERED. We are committed to delivering your handcrafted timepiece as securely and efficiently as possible.

1. Processing & Crafting Times Because each of our watches undergoes rigorous quality checks and, in many cases, a meticulous custom building process, the following processing times apply:

  • Ready-made Models (Obsidian & Quartz): These models are typically dispatched within 7 to 14 days.

  • Custom Orders: For watches built to your specific requirements, the customization and build process takes approximately 25-35 days. Once the build is complete, your watch will be dispatched immediately.

  • Pre-order: for watches ordered during pre-order, standard shipping time is around 15 days

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates We offer Worldwide International Shipping.

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Please note that standard transit time after dispatch is usually 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the destination country and local customs procedures.

3. Order Tracking Transparency is key. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your Tracking Number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier's website or via our store.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes SOLDERED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at SOLDEREDWATCH@gmail.com immediately.

6. Damages If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please take photos before opening it and contact us within 7 days. For more information on damaged goods, please refer to our Refund Policy.
