REFUND POLICY

7-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee We take great pride in the quality of our timepieces. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if your watch arrived damaged during transit or if there was a fulfillment error on our part (e.g., wrong model delivered).

Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us at SOLDEREDWATCH@gmail.com. Please include:

  1. Your Order Number.

  2. Clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item received. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom Orders (Customized Watches) Please note that fully customized watches (built to your specific requests) are non-refundable once the build process has started, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Each custom timepiece is unique and crafted specifically for you.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within the 7-day window) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will process an exchange for a new timepiece.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
