What is the processing and shipping time?
For ready-made models from our collection (Obsidian and Quartz), the estimated time before shipping is about 2 to 7 days. For custom-made watches, the personalization and building process takes approximately 25-35 days, followed by the standard shipping time (2-7 days).
Do you ship internationally and can I track my package?
Yes, we offer worldwide international shipping. Once your watch is dispatched, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number, allowing you to easily check the status and location of your order at any time.
What movement powers the watch?
The heart of our watches is the proven, reliable, and highly precise Japanese Miyota Quartz Movement. It guarantees longevity and flawless timekeeping for years to come.
What type of glass is used, and is the watch waterproof?
To protect the dial, we use premium, scratch-resistant Sapphire Crystal, which maintains flawless clarity. The watch also features a high water resistance rating of 20 ATM (200 meters), fully protecting it during daily use and water activities.
What is the return policy and warranty?
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. You have 1 week (7 days) from the date of receiving your package to request a return if the watch was damaged during transit or if there was an error with your order. For a smooth process, please contact us and provide photos of the issue. We guarantee a hassle-free return or exchange for a new timepiece.
